Tiramisu



Ingredients
  •         1 pound mascarpone cheese
  •        5 egg yolks
  •         2 packages ladyfinger cookies
  •        ¾ cup white sugar
  •        ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  •       ¾ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions
  •       Prepare strong brewed coffee using coffee maker and let it cool down in a bowl. In a medium saucepan. Mix egg yolks and sugar properly. Whip mascarpone into yolk mixture till soft. Take 7 × 11 inch dish for final tiramisu preparation.
  •         Dig the ladyfingers one by one and arrange them at the bottom of the dish. Spread half of mascarpone cheese mixture over ladyfinger cookies followed by sprinkling of cocoa over them.
  •       Dip ladyfingers one by one again and arrange the over the cocoa. Spread mascarpone cheese mixture over ladyfinger cookies followed by sprinkling of cocoa over them. Top the tiramisu with chocochips if you like. Cover it and place into the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until set.
