Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups (150g) sifted cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup granulated white sugar
- 185g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3tbsp powder sugar
- 1 packet strawberry
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and the half of egg mixture whisk together.
- Then add the remaining egg mixture, mix well until smooth. Pour the batter into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for about 55 minutes or until the bake turns golden brown.
- Remove the cake from the oven, cool in pan for 10 minutes. Loose edges and invert onto plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on cake. Slices them and garnish as desired.
