Pound cake



Ingredients
  •          3 large eggs
  •          3 tbsp milk
  •         ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  •          1 ½ cups (150g) sifted cake flour
  •          1 tsp baking powder
  •          ¼ tsp salt
  •          ¾ cup granulated white sugar
  •          185g unsalted butter, room temperature
  •          3tbsp powder sugar
  •          1 packet strawberry
  •          Cooking spray

Directions
  •         Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the parchment paper.
  •          In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
  •          In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and the half of egg mixture whisk together.
  •          Then add the remaining egg mixture, mix well until smooth. Pour the batter into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for about 55 minutes or until the bake turns golden brown.
  •          Remove the cake from the oven, cool in pan for 10 minutes. Loose edges and invert onto plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on cake. Slices them and garnish as desired.
