This is a professional looking chocolate covered cherry recipe. You don’t have to use a mold, you could just dip them in chocolate. You could also use a plain candy mold without the cherry design-which I probably will do. I do like the idea of using a funnel to to fill the chocolate into the mold. I think you could also use a pastry bag. This lady goes into detail but it is really easy. My son in law loves chocolate cherries so guess what I am making for the holidays. I get my molds and supplies at a cake decorating store but you can find them in a lot of craft stores, too.
